Product Repair
Since the product delivery date of one year under normal use, equipment failure caused by product quality problems (non- human causes such as improper use), is free warranty. Beyond the warranty period, we provide life-long home repair services, and only charge for the cost of materials and labor.
(1) Non- professionals are not allowed to remove appliances to prevent electric shock or incorrect connections.
(2) Platform must be supported when doing the repairing work at the bottom, preventing a sudden drop, causing casualties.
(3) Relief valve is not allowed to be adjusted random. Each element of the hydraulic system are required to work under certain pressure, arbitrary adjustment relief valve , may cause damage to human, machine , material.
(4) For the hydraulic system, you must first relief to avoid pressure oil spray or table suddenly decline.



Product Maintenance
Proper use of equipment and regular maintenance will not only improve equipment efficiency, but also extend equipment life, and has a good practical significance. On the one hand, customers can arrange equipment maintenance themselves. On the other hand, customer and MALER can sign maintenance agreement to choose a more professional repair and maintenance services.



◇ Monthly Maintenance
(1) Wheel, intermediate shafts and bearings, cylinder pin and bearing, boom hinge shaft and bearings for wear.
(2) Filling oil to the above parts to extend bearing life.
(3) Hydraulic oils quality and quantity. Fully raised the lift, the bottom of the hydraulic oil level should be higher than 40-50 mm. Hydraulic oil should be replaced if darkens, tacky or gravel and other foreign matter are found. Standard model of hydraulic oil is 32#.



◇ Annual maintenance
(1) Check all hydraulic pipes and fittings. Pipes are not damaged and fittings shall not be loose, all joints must be tightened.
(2) Remove and disassemble lowering valve, the plunger blowing with compressed air, and then loaded refitted.
(3) Drain out all the hydraulic oil, tighten the connector, remove the oil filter and clean it with compressed air. And then back into the fuel tank, making good connection of all the parts. Replace with new oil, do not continue to use the old oil , otherwise the system will accelerate the wear of moving parts .
